Mails failed to deliver due to retry time not reached for any host

5. Admin can explicitly reset the retry time db by deleting files located at /var/spool/output/db/retry*.
Afterward, admin may want to retry all queued mails by command “exim -qff”. Mails may put on in retry loop if they get undelivered.
