• Customers using Sophos Connect with SG UTM should not apply this update, and should remain on version 2.2. We are working to provide a further update that will work with SG UTM in the near future.
• You must install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ before you update the Sophos Connect client to version 2.3. See Advisory: Sophos Connect 2.3 Client cannot be installed due to missing VCRUNTIME140.dll.
• There are connection issues if the IPv6 component is disabled. See Sophos Connect 2.3 with disabled IPv6 component stuck in connection.
